🧠 About the Workshop
This workshop aims to enhance understanding and implementation of Beneficial Ownership Transparency in Malaysia. Participants will explore the latest regulatory frameworks and international best practices, with a focus on identifying and verifying beneficial owners within corporate structures. The session will highlight how transparency in ownership supports regulatory compliance, strengthens corporate governance, and promotes integrity.
👥 Who Should Attend
Company secretaries, directors, and key stakeholders involved in corporate governance and compliance in Penang. Admission is free, with priority given to company secretaries and directors.
Note: Registration is limited to two representatives per organisation/company.
