🧠 About the Workshop
This workshop aims to enhance understanding and implementation of Beneficial Ownership Transparency in Malaysia. Participants will explore the latest regulatory frameworks and international best practices, with a focus on identifying and verifying beneficial owners within corporate structures. The session will highlight how transparency in ownership supports regulatory compliance, strengthens corporate governance, and promotes integrity.
👥 Who Should Attend
Company secretaries, directors, and key stakeholders involved in corporate governance and compliance. Admission is free, with priority given to company secretaries, directors, integrity and governance professionals. JCorp may extend the invitation to their subsidiaries as well!
Note: Registration is limited to two representatives per organisation/company.
