Deferred Prosecution Agreement is a mechanism by which corporate entities may resolve allegations of corporate wrongdoing without having to face a full criminal trial and the attendant risk of a criminal conviction.
 
TI-Malaysia has conducted research on case studies to determine how DPAs are applied in other jurisdictions. Using the research findings and feedback from the research, this forum will explore how to incorporate the DPA provisions into the current Section 17A of the MACC Act.
