Transparency International Malaysia applauds HRH The Sultan of Johor for his willingness to disclose to the Malaysian Anti- Corruption Commission (MACC) the middleman who attempted to bribe him over the conferred medals.
TI-M Secretary General Dr Muhammad Mohan urges MACC to act immediately by seeking an audience with HRH The Sultan of Johor to get all the facts and start the investigation. It is shocking to know that there are such people who dare to even attempt to bribe the Royalty to procure titles.
TI-M also urges MACC to make a full disclosure on this when investigations are completed.
