The Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) is a widely recognised tool for measuring corruption levels around the world. Produced annually by Transparency International, the CPI ranks countries based on the perceived extent of corruption in their public sectors.
The CPI ranks 180 countries and territories around the globe by their perceived levels of public sector corruption, scoring on a scale of 0 (highly corrupt) to 100 (very clean). This index aggregates data from various reputable sources, including surveys and assessments conducted by experts and business leaders.
