KUALA LUMPUR, Tuesday 17 December – Transparency International Malaysia (TI-M) will be hosting a special conference on its Forest Governance Integrity Project on January 7, 2014 (Tuesday) at the Royal Selangor Club in Bukit Kiara. This is an advocacy project involving constructive engagements with State Governments to foster good Governance and Integrity in forestry.
Entitled, “Harmonising States Land Use Policies: Forest conservation in the face of competing claims for land”, the conference is designed to move forestry towards the high level of Governance and Integrity.
